Brooklyn Pen factory called in to do emergency repair to their CO2 laser engraving machine. LaserCutZ have identified that RF laser source was depleted due to helium gas loss. CO2 laser source was replaced with upgraded version which performs much better then original. In recent years RF lasers started to drop in price and increase their reliability as result many small size laser machines starting to appear and like wice larger laser output power also emerging. It used to be that only Coherant had 400W RF CO2 sources and though cost past $80,000 but now there many China brands appearing with RF tubes, such as RECI recently introduces 300W RF tubes with fraction of a cost of Coherant or Synard. LaserCutZ works with many if not all laser vendors and able to repair and service almost any laser or industrial machine.
