LaserCutZ fabricated marketing key chain prototype of metal for local design agency. First key chain shapes were cut out of 1/8” stainless steel, we cuts shape and the ring for the ring. Then we used our fiber laser to do very deep recess of the “smile” into the metal. Finally shapes were buffed and primed white, then painted PMC red color per clients specks and then “smile” was in filled with white ink.
Creative Laser Cutting and Color Surface printing of Decorative Eyeware
Laser cutting machine can cut paper well, our surface printer can paint over the surface that laser machine had cut. Combining those machines together can create fascinating art and marketing projects. In this featured project we laser cut 120lbs cardstock paper to be used as base of glasses. Then paper blanks are manually loaded to the surface printer that will jet paint and artwork onto the card stock and as result we are getting those glasses shapes with marketing project. This job was done for marketing agency presenting to Lenscarfters.
