Stainless steel laser color engraving god photo

Normally laser has no color as it engraves (burns out material) however stainless steel and titanium metals react differently to variable laser frequency and as result color engraving is possible on both stainless steel and titanium. In this sample dog photo was engraved on metal plate as a gift. Dog face has holographic look which shines in different colors. This job was done with our state of the art fiber laser and variable frequency control module.

If you shopping for deep metal engraving in NYC, you probably have found that almost no one would be able to take a job mainly because doing deep engraving on metal is very time consuming and requires very expansive machine. This is not a case with LaserCutZ, we are ready to take on a challenge and go down in to metal with our high power fiber laser engraving machine. For the project shown we were able to engrave brass plaque panel down to 1/16” which is enough to cast shadows and so that letters can be oxidized with chemicals. Brass metal was cut to size with water jet. All work was done locally in Brooklyn in 3 days time (that’s on week end as rush job)
