Aged brass fiber laser engraved with hotel room names. those signs are done to imitate old antique look. Once signs are engraved they got clear coated with automotive grade polyurethane clear coat to be sure that metal is protected and will not get any more darker then needed.
Final touch of any construction project is to put up a sign, for this job client ordered custom 3D acrylic sign that was laser cut form 1/2″ thick black acrylic and mounted into aluminum and abs frame. For most people this could look as generic off the shelf sign but client wanted to use very specific front that woudl much their interior design ideas.
Letter V of the sign was painted with silver glitter to make it stand out from the rest if the sign. All other letters are laser cut from  ¼” grey acrylic. Letters are mount on clear plexi which is almost invisible and it looks like the sign is just standing on its own. Sign laser cut, painted, and assembled in NYC and shipped to client in Washington.
You always want to make your product look impressive and their packaging and branding help doing so. LaserCutZ fabricated this highly reflective mirror finish metal sign for Manhattan based audio manufacturer. Sign was used at CES 2018 as a product sell “sheet”. It was first laser cut from stainless steel then we polished the plate to perfection and then user deep black laser engraving method with our fiber laser.  Sign came out extremely nice and looks very upscale.
This sign fabricated and installed for Brooklyn based real estate agency. Sign is made from ¼” red acrylic with adhesive backing and mounted on drywall. Each letter was laser cut to retain perfect edging and details, then placement module was cut so sign can be installed with same placements as it was designed in artwork. LaserCutZ developed bezel free edge lit led sign technology. With this setup laser engraved acrylic windows is illuminated by LEDs that are built into the acrylic panel itself. Given that led set is slim and white it makes them very discrete if not invisible within the installation.  Unlike any other LED sign, our panel is very elegant and does not require massive borders around. It can be standoff mounted and electricity can be routed through standoff holes, alternatively panel can hang in the air making it look like logo shines out form nowhere.  Illuminated LED signs work almost same way like regular LCD monitor back light. LED supply’s light to edge of acrylic panel and then when light hits laser engraving spot it changes direction and illuminates only that spot in the panel making logo or back light dots to cast light toward viewer. LaserCutZ can fabricate any type of sign, we do actual engineering and production so our possibilities are limitless.
This product display and information info plate is laser cut from clear acrylic and then printed on flat bed printer in inverse. This allows nice any shiny front surface, while artwork is protected from scratches and cleaning chemicals. Such laser cut name plates are ideal for retail environment. This specific plate was printed with text and then layer of white in was added as a backer to make text more readable. Final look mimics Apple style signs as this plate is designed for apple iPhone accessory.
Wood is one of mostly used material for sign fabrication. This sign was laser cut from ¼” plywood as per client artwork. Signs like those used as decorations for interior design along with parties, back stage and other applications.
Stencil looking laser cut wood sign out of ¼” plywood. Letters of this sign are in inverse forming negative space, with proper lighting or on dark background this sine looks pretty original.
LaserCutZ has capability to both do laser leather engraving and print full color directly to leather.  In this project we used CO2 laser to burn artwork on cow skin. Crest that we laser marked is a logo of a retail brand in Miami. This engraved crest will be stretched over custom made table front. Such engraved decorations add unique and upscale look to the venue.
