This brass dog tag style badge laser engraved with our fiver laser for a member of New York state police association. All elements are deep engraved and starts of the badge are laser cut through the metal.
This sign was done for a custom car tuning shop in Queens NY, material used is 1/8” MDF that was laser cut to the shape of the logo lettering. Sign was fabricated with installation placement module and adhesive backing on each of the letter. Sign is 6’ long so placement module was separated in multi part assembly.
Recently it became a popular trend to have each seat at the wedding with guest name. In most case wood and acrylic is popular media for this purposes. Here is a name used for wedding sitting signage. Name was marked with CO2 laser and then manually brushed in with black ink, while gold part was laser cut on fiber machine and then laser engraved. Same day service was offered for this metal laser cut medallion that was also laser engraved and darkened with artwork. Laser cut metal circle was manually polished to a mirror shine. Final peace came out very nice and shiny. This medallion was used on as a logo on the music instrument.
Marble slab cut and polished to hold angel figurine. Marble plate is laser engraved to create a recess channel with letterings. The letter channel is then infilled with black letterings to create a readable contrast over white carrara marble. Laser engraving over marble was done by both CO2 and Fiber laser machines along with manual rotary finishing. As an option marble can also be sand blasted if slabs are larger in size.

This simple 1/4″ plywood (wood) grill was cut with out CO2 laser as a sample for Long Island based interior designer to see how it can add special touch to their new project.
Advantages of fiver laser over any other laser or metal cutting procedures that it can deliver superior precision during cutting. For instance most CO2 high power metal lasers barely can achieve 0.4mm kerf (laser diameter) where our custom build fine cut fiber laser can do kerf size of 0.01mm. Part you see on the video is less than 1” in diameter (it’s actually 20mm) smallest hole on the part is 1mm. If such hole to be cut by CO2 or Waterjet it would not be possible at all. So video shows clear benefits of fiber laser for cutting of small parts that require high precision.
