Brass plate fiber laser cut and then fiber laser engraved with deep recess, then acid darkened and high polished to represent gold looking highly reflective surface. Â Sign is used by jewelry company for the trade show.
This award crystal was fabricated out ½” acrylic sheet that was custom laser cut to specks and then all edges were polished. Sign was designed to have transparent acrylic base that can be disassembled for transportation. Face of the sign has laser engraved logo of the client.
This sign was both fiber laser cut and engraved. Cutting was done to special curved shapes so sign can be wrapped around trophy. Once engraved sign was acid blackened to make letters darker and then deep polished to be almost like a mirror
This is quite long project featuring special device that helps buildings stay fresh. Â LaserCutZ parent company (TempGP) designed electronics and mechanics for this project and LaserCutZ fabricated prototype enclosure which consist of laser cuts acrylic sheets, 3d printed case along with CNC milled ABS parts.
LaserCutZ fabricated marketing key chain prototype of metal for local design agency. First key chain shapes were cut out of 1/8” stainless steel, we cuts shape and the ring for the ring. Then we used our fiber laser to do very deep recess of the “smile” into the metal. Finally shapes were buffed and primed white, then painted PMC red color per clients specks and then “smile” was in filled with white ink.
LaserCutZ previously did store signs for mall in in Miami for M.GEMI now we did corporate sign for office in NYC. Sign is laser cut P95 matte acrylic mounted on pins so that sign is not attached to the wall directly, this creates shadows and special effects around letters. Sign is fabricated and installed by LaserCutZ in NYC
This napkin holder was a rush job for IWC. Item is stainless steel mirror finish, laser cut the specific shape and then edges are bend in so structure can hold napkin. Face if the metal is fiber laser engraved with IWC dials and company name. This item was used as marketing tool for the event in NYC.
Marble can be cut with water jet or CNC. This project included cutting marble plate to size and then sand blasting Hebrew letters to form letter recess in the marble, then cavities is filled with black paint at customer request. Â Â Those marble slabs are installed in temple facade. Plates are rather large, total size of installation is about 25 feet.
Certain architectural and engineering ideas need custom parts to be designed in order for project to happen. LaserCutZ can laser cut metal parts such as this one. Part shown is steel plate used in ceiling light fixture. This metal plate holds the LED light bulb and is critical part for installation of LEDs in custom designed retail store.
LaserCutZ can produce metal (stainless steel or bras) tags to any size and specks. Â These tags are usually used in retail, art and fashion to present unique and upscale image of the brand. Another very popular industry for metal tags are electrical, plumbing, aero space and defense. Â Our clients have been using those tags for fire department requirements on marking pipes in commercial buildings along with chemical pipe tagging on the production plans. Per client requirements tags can be made out of 316 stainless steel, which will provide maximum corrosion and chemical resistance.
Tags can be engraved deep to provide maximum scratch protection or engraving can be light to reduce cost of production. Quantity discounts are available, also custom shapes can be produced.
Tags shown are 2” in diameter with hole on top. Material is stainless steel 1.6mm.  Cutting method: punch press and fiber laser engraving. For better edging custom order can be laser cut.
