This sign fabricated and installed for Brooklyn based real estate agency. Sign is made from ¼” red acrylic with adhesive backing and mounted on drywall. Each letter was laser cut to retain perfect edging and details, then placement module was cut so sign can be installed with same placements as it was designed in artwork. This is sample laser engraving with our state of the art fiber laser. Advantage of using variable frequency fiber laser is that we can control the color of engraving. As seen on this stainless steel plate we provided two options for client to choose from. One Apple app store logo was laser engraved in white silver color and other one was solid black laser engraving. We could also do grey or deep engraving but this was not part of SOW. Our fiber can deliver 2400 dpi resolution in metal prints which is much better than any typical engraving you can find in NYC.
This Lenovo laptop was laser engraved with our fiber laser machine. Cover looks like metal but in fact it is a painted abs plastic so in order to engrave part to look like aluminum we used our fiber laser and we tuned frequency to color change paint particles to white. Laptop was engraved for a doctor and it has stethoscope logo with personalized gift message
LaserCutZ developed bezel free edge lit led sign technology. With this setup laser engraved acrylic windows is illuminated by LEDs that are built into the acrylic panel itself. Given that led set is slim and white it makes them very discrete if not invisible within the installation.  Unlike any other LED sign, our panel is very elegant and does not require massive borders around. It can be standoff mounted and electricity can be routed through standoff holes, alternatively panel can hang in the air making it look like logo shines out form nowhere.  Illuminated LED signs work almost same way like regular LCD monitor back light. LED supply’s light to edge of acrylic panel and then when light hits laser engraving spot it changes direction and illuminates only that spot in the panel making logo or back light dots to cast light toward viewer. LaserCutZ can fabricate any type of sign, we do actual engineering and production so our possibilities are limitless.
One of our happy clients sent this photo of her stamp after some time being used. Photo looks nice so we decided to share it with everyone. Â This is a deep acrylic soap stamp what has wood backer so it can be used with mallet for hard or melt and pure soap production method.
This is another special edition project done for Coach New York, wood skate board deck is laser engraved with Coach pattern on both sides. Complexity of this project was to mimic leather pattern, so multiple laser power was used for engraving, more to that wood deck is not straight so engraving on curved surface was needed. Final product came perfectly matching Coach hand bag style even though this is laser engraved wood.
This tag engraved for city of Beverly Hills, CA to be used as landmark tag on historic buildings. Tag is made from stainless steel and fiber laser engraved making artwork to be solid black and nicely visible.
Special edition of military style Budweiser bottle got special iron tag that is laser engraved. These engraved bottles are to be used as awards for USAF personnel. Â As per client request metal tag was attached to bottle but LaserCutZ can also engrave directly onto surface of aluminum beer cans.
Manufacturer of this lens needed it to be cut in half so they can use it as a demo presentation of what’s inside. We used water jet to cut camera lens apart. Waterjet was used mainly because it is tolerant to different materials it’s almost same as to use a saw to cut lens. If we would use laser to cut aluminum housing but inner glass components would be untouched while waterjet cuts everything straight through.
