Customized stainless steel flasks were fiber laser engraved with client logo and text message. Those flasks are powder coated so laser removes colored pain layer and expose shiny silver lettering of natural stainless steel color. Flasks and other drink ware bottles are perfect idea for corporate gifts and brand promotion.

Manufacturer of this lens needed it to be cut in half so they can use it as a demo presentation of what’s inside. We used water jet to cut camera lens apart. Waterjet was used mainly because it is tolerant to different materials it’s almost same as to use a saw to cut lens. If we would use laser to cut aluminum housing but inner glass components would be untouched while waterjet cuts everything straight through. We have to say this wood box is probably an overkill for cheese packaging but it is definitely looks very nice!

Sometimes metal look needs to be achieved quickly and at more affordable cost then laser cutting metal, this can be done with metal laminate plastic. This material is vinyl imitation of metal laminated over ABS or acrylic plastic.

If Laser-CutZ needs to ship the order your you, we use our custom cut corrugated cardboard mailing boxes.  Those boxes add extra protection for ordered items  and of course you can recognize where  product is coming form just by looking at the logo.

Laser-CutZ is proud to announce acquisition of new 3D printing machine which is capable of printing larger size SLA models. SLA stands for stereolitography. SLA 3D prnting technology allow printing STL models with resolution of up to 25um (25 microns) that is 0.025mm and minimum feature size of 300 microns (0.3mm) Such 3D printing machine is ideal for printing high detail models such as jewelry and dental projects. It been long time as our team at Laser-CutZ NYC wanted to create good comprehensive acrylic material samples that clients can review and physically touch and pay round with before they select which material is best for them.  Time has come, we created concept art and this will turn in to reality very soon.  In few weeks we will start adding web pages describing materials and their properties and showing pictures of sample cuts.
