iPad bezel fabricated out of acrylic for NY local movie / TV series (Mr. Robot). This frame is to imitate home automation device.  This is actually related to real metal bezel done for other client who was actually using ipads in home automation.  LaserCutZ can fabricate any kind of acrylic frames, bezels and podium for ipads, including those that you use for trade shows (ex in Jacob Jacob K. LaserCutZ soap stamps are not designed to be used with hammer or rubber mallet as we believe that material should be reasonably soft to accept the imprint. However, at special request we can make wood backing which will be used as a shock barrier to accept hit form hummer and force stamp to go down into the hard surface.

Metal stamp can be heated up with torch and used to burn in mark different materials such as wood, leather, soaps, and any burnable or mutable materials Heat burns top layer and leaves crispy imprint. Such technique was widely used by wood works to leave masters mark on their creations. Unlike ink stamping, burn in branding is permanent and cannot be removed. It been long time as our team at Laser-CutZ NYC wanted to create good comprehensive acrylic material samples that clients can review and physically touch and pay round with before they select which material is best for them.  Time has come, we created concept art and this will turn in to reality very soon.  In few weeks we will start adding web pages describing materials and their properties and showing pictures of sample cuts. NYC local customers can come in and check out our acrylic material samplers. Out of New York, New Jersey clients can purchase materiel sampler to have it handy in their studio.

We had this stuck of plywood steers standing next to laser machine for a while. This big stack of  birch wood was used to laser cut wood boxes for a custom project.

After finishing up maintenance of our machines we are working on our branding and administrative parts. LaserCutZ NYC just updates its logo, there are small mini changes and few more are scheduled to be added to make logo a master peace. Our logo still shows laser beam sparkling in red just to emphasize the nature of the business.
