Another headphone engraved for Master & Dynamics in NYC. Our laser machine can engrave any type of metal very easily. In most cases color inverse can be achieved.

As always personalized gifts are bets to remember. This project is a gift from student to art teacher. As seen on the photo those pencils came out beautifully. For this project we has to laser cut special placement module (jig) so we can place each individual pencil in same location for engraving. This jig is required as if engraving is not in correct place on the pencil it would be very visible once those pencils are put next to each other in the box. When jig is done we used CO2 laser to burn out a channel with the name in the wood. Channel came out grey and that was not impressive so we used white ink and infilled that channel with white. Re

This gold name tag was custom laser cut and engraved for upscale hand bag manufacturer in NYC.  Thad was first cut then poised to perfection and then gold plated. Once gold plating is done we laser engraved client’s logo and darkened letters.  All work was done at LaserCutZ workshop in Brooklyn.

LaserCutZ can laser engrave name, message, logo, or serial number on any metal parts this includes AR-15 receiver that is shown in this post.  Part is black anodized aluminum, we used fiber laser to color change black anodized layer to white (grey) to make the name of the owner visible. Fiber laser marking is permanent and will not be removed or get damaged by oil, chemicals, sun UV or scratches, this is ideal marking method for military needs.  Note: We will not engrave any operable or assembled weapons, we can only engrave on parts that are brought as part and not assembly. Black anodized aluminum fiber laser engraving of audio parts for Mercedes

White painted steel pens laser engraved with our fiber machine. Same day production was offered to the client. Laser frequency was tuned to change the color of the paint to black to create better readable contrast.  

Acrylic and nylon award plate fabricated for US Army, names and text are laser engraved over clear acrylic plate and then infilled with white ink. The acrylic late will be then placed over wood backer.
