In many offices no one knows what switch controls what and very often it is a case will all switches being on same panel. When you see switch like that you don’t know whether it will turn on lights, AC or shades or something else.  Laser-CutZ can help print names to each switch and outlet.  All markings are done with laser engraving machine which means that print on plastic bezel will absolutely permanent. If needed any color can be filled in to channels to add additional touch and much interior design concepts.  

Laser-CutZ has capacity to handle any short run order for agile manufacturing.  Project shown includes development of custom placement module that holds engraving peaces in specific location so array of items can be laser engraved at the same time to reduce production process.  With agile manufacturing each engraving item is paced to the module manually and then removed and bagged manually too.  Shown project was electronic cigarette battery chargers rubber coated and stainless steel engraving.

Reverse material engraving removes top of material and uses 2nd later to add ccolor or contrast to engraving peace.

Project includes delivery of sample electronic cigarette batteries laser engraved with manufacturer logo on them. Battery body was metal dipped with rubber.

This black aluminum panel was custom laser cut to meet customer specifications and then laser engraved on metal to achieve life time durability as unlike paint or silk screen, the laser engraving will not ware out and cannot be removed by any chemicals.
