New lens allows better capturing of laser rays and focusing them in one point.  For end user that means that smaller beam width can be used, According to our calculations the cutting dot should now be 0.1mm comparing to old one of 0.2mm. Here is simple fact: Old lens was cutting 1/2" armored acrylic sheet at 90% power, new lens allowed us to cust at 30% power.

In this project Laser-CutZ printed on electrical outlet (switch) face plate. Such printing allows easy identification what outlet is and what will be turned on or off with the switch.
