We always look for opportunities to improve our production process to deliver better products to our clients. Our new rigid soap stamps are better in durability as well as visual look. Rigid stamps will be shipped with ½” base plate which guarantees that stamp does not bend when pressure is applied, more over quality of cut is more crisp as material thickens is just right to absorb the energy from laser beam. Thick clear acrylic material will be used for all deep engraved orders. Regular engraved orders may still come in various materials.

High volume businesses don’t have time for conventional prototyping cycle as some times you need to have part designed, tested and approved same day. This was a case for Brooklyn’s world famous Coney Island Luna Park. Laser-CutZ where able to deliver 3D printed prototype part same day.

Sometimes you need to add corporate identity to your tools, this project had silk screen wood tool engraved with company logo on both sides.

3D printing changes all filed that deal with fabrication and fitment, this includes medical industries such as dental, hearing aid, orthopedics and others that require produced parts to be fitted to the human body. Specifically for dental application existing teeth can be scanned directly or first molded and then scanned, once 3D model is obtained we can 3D print it on very high quality printer then  lab technician can fabricate implant and test fitment with real model on his desk. Translucent decorative glass can add very nice lighting and interior design affects.  This sample shows combination of die sublimation / surface printing  finished with silkscreen outline (black lines are actually raised for better close up look and tactile impression)  Add LED light on the back and it would make nice illumination device, perfect for restaurants, bars, churches etc as this mimics vintage style windows.

Some times we want to see how laser engraved acrylic stamps look before we ship them to clients so we use sculpture clay to emboss the artwork in. This works well as quality assurance.  Below is photo of stamp cut for the client.

Project included adding caption and date to existing sports gold medal award for client in New Jersey.  Laser-CutZ can also do full medal, medallion or any other jewelry design and fabrication including metal and vacuum casting. Medal was dome in yellow brass.  Original idea was to use laser to do engraving but final product was decided to be done on CNC.    

Clients Brabus badge was stolen from the car so this temporally carbon fiber badge was manufactured to hold the place while original replacement arrives.
