Letter V of the sign was painted with silver glitter to make it stand out from the rest if the sign. All other letters are laser cut from  ¼” grey acrylic. Letters are mount on clear plexi which is almost invisible and it looks like the sign is just standing on its own. Sign laser cut, painted, and assembled in NYC and shipped to client in Washington.

We had part that cannot be replaced that we need to fix. This cylinder has screw broken in it so it has to be drilled out, once it was drilled out bigger hole was cast with plastic new thread was added to the plastic infill. This procedure allowed use of original part with original style of screws.

LaserCutZ fabricated this highly reflective mirror finish metal sign for Manhattan based audio manufacturer. Sign was used at CES 2018 as a product sell “sheet”. It was first laser cut from stainless steel then we polished the plate to perfection and then user deep black laser engraving method with our fiber laser.  Sign came out extremely nice and looks very upscale.

This infinite pattern is laser cut form ¼” acrylic. Imprint template allow to be places on the wall then concrete fills in cavities and when pattern is removed you get impressive looking wall texture. This is perfect for doing unique hallways decorations. Such concrete stencil is perfect for builders and interior decorator.

Elephant shape outline was laser cut to be used as wedding decoration. Those laser cut wood shapes will be painted and arranged with flowers and then be used as table center peace on the wedding. Cutting service is done for a flower shop in Manhattan Alphabet City

LaserCutZ can fabricate and laser cut metal parts for retail displays including on of a kind marketing concepts. Project shown below has #8 mirror finish stainless steel laser cut to shape with a window inside and then fiber laser engraved with greyish engraving tone. Once face plate is fabricated it will cover brass insert in between to add impressive yellow contrast to reflective metal surface.

Those federal style blue handcuffs are laser engraved per customer request.  LaserCutZ can do any type of marking on metal and nonmetal parts, all laser marking will comply with MIL and FDA specks depending on application or client requirements. For federal and government project LaserCutZ is licensed by GPO and authorized to work with government jobs.  

Those hotel access card keys are custom made for upscale hotel in Miami, FL. Cards are laser cut form acrylic then corners are beveled to make them round. Finally cards are UV printed on both sides with hotel logo and security markings.

Some jobs can be done with laser machines but some need to be done by hand. This project was engraved by hand with rotary too and acid etching. LaseCutZ also provides on location by hand and machine engraving service for items that cannot be moved or for promotional events
