Laser cut acrylic stamps are perfect option to stamp your clay or pottery project. Clay is soft material and as result its very easy to stamp one. Photo in this project shows stamp with very intricate thin lines showing details of the leaves. Even though we don't recommend thin lines as they are too fragile, this artwork worked well for customer and stamp went to mass production

Aluminum brief cases and luggage are always a sign of upscale style, adding logo or rationalization to them make it more effective and flashy. LaserCutZ state of the art laser engraving machine can turn silver anodizing finish to black making it high contrast marking while all other machines can only achieve grey finish same as natural metal burning. More to say with LaserCutZ laser we can control what we want to have on anodized aluminum. Usually options are White, Grey or Black engraving on aluminum.

Brass is reflective material and it is hard to laser cut but it is not a problem for LaserCutZ, we can cut it with ease. Our state of the art fiber laser can laser cut any material including brass, silver and gold. Brass book marks manufactured in this projects has very thin lines that require maximum precision and no burnouts. After project was cut those pats went to mass finishing in tumbler and then got mirror like polishing, they look so much like earrings and jewelry

This tag was laser engraved on nickel plated brass tag for customer who is working on customizing his high end guitar. Tag features deep laser engraving with black in filling into a channel to make it more visible and final polishing.

Elevators with access to secure areas such as penthouse or direct access to apartments need something more then mail box keys in them. Many elevator companies install multlock retrofits however as those cylinders are not designed for elevator panels they start turn and rip wires causing big problems. To address this issues LaserCutZ made retrofit kit that was customized specifically for multlock cylinder installation into elevator panel. Once installed your Mul-T-Lock cylinder will no longer spin and will be stay secure in place.

Polycarbonate is very durable material that is not brital like acrylic, it does not crack, chip or brake. You can bend polycarbonate and it will still not brake, you can hummer it and it will not brake, that is why it is used in armored screens and glass laminates. Laser is not best to cut polycarbonate as it will release harmful gases so to cut it we use CNC and we mill it. CNC milled plastic has nice as soft edge and is ready to be installed in various projects. LaserCutZ can provide CNC milling services in NYC and NJ.
