Guitar neck was laser engraved with personalized message. As guitar is not easy to position on CO2 gantry based machine, we decided to use cold laser with galvo based heads to engrave this project.

LaserCutZ was commissioned to fabricate new frame for a metal sculpture to be installed in NYC subway station. Whats needed to be done is to cut existing sculpture metal frame, expended it in size to meet new dimension requirements by artist and then weld new frame together. Aside form making new frame we needed to make plate that will hold sculpture face. In order to do this, we 3D scanned existing metal plate and created cut shape based on original holder plate. This sign may looks typical but its actually an environmentally friendly laser cut sign which is done with biodegradable plastic and used low VOC chalk paint which is also biodegradable and washable. In another words when wedding is over an props and decorations are no longer needed and get disposed, this sign will not pollute our environment and reduce garbage burden. This Dom Perignon champagne bottle was laser engraved on our cold laser to ensure best quality and very very crispy letters. Bottle is a gift for wedding. Once engraved we filled lettering with gold ink. Cold laser is one of best and safest way to engrave champagne bottles as it does not produce heat so glass is much less likely to break under pressure.

Client form upper east side Manhattan asked lasercutz to repair their exclusive sculpture that was damaged during moving. Sculpture consist of black mirror and brass frame. Brass got cracked and needed to be re-welded. Crack happened due to original artist using braising to attach brass parts together, and this is not best structural way. We re-manufactured whole holding brass frame by welding it with TIG as this welding method will be much more reliable. TIG welding melts same material rod over desired metal peace and fuses them together dues to high heat created by electrical arc. New frame welded by LaserCutZ will be much more durable and

LaserCutZ just finished cutting massive layer count topology model for an architectural firm in Manhattan. This model includes over 100 layers of chip board laser cut forming relief elevation. Our equipment produces minimum burning on edges and if needed larges material size for CO2 laser is almost 5x10 ft which makes it by far larger then any other machine in NYC
