Rush job laser engraving service done for client needed those wine glasses laser engraved as a gift.  Glasses are larger size so special infrared lens was used to cover artwork in off focus areas.  LaserCutZ provides in house and on location engraving services.

LaserCutZ produced special order of laser cut and engraved Teflon washers for DC Metro Transportation Authority. Teflon is heat resistant material that has many uses in various industries. Teflon needs to be cut with CO2 laser to ensure that big amount of energy and temperature is supplied to “brake” material.  While CO2 laser cutter and cut Teflon, it cannot engrave it. For engraving on Teflon we use Fiber laser which operates at different frequency. Fiber laser has possibility to change black color to white without melting material.

This Porsche bushing engraved with part number and country of origin for OEM manufacturer on aluminum rim. LaserCutZ can mark any type of part numbers, serial numbers, logos on automotive and other industrial parts.  Laser marked information is permanent and cannot be removed which makes it perfect choice of printing for automotive industry.  

Texture prototyping with laser engraving on wood.  Different laser power and frequency is used to achieve different shades of textures.

This olive tree cutting board was engraved as a gift for guest at the wedding. Olive tree has deep texture, and oil in the wood allows darker artwork laser engraving. CO2 laser burns wood, more power applied deeper and darker artwork will be.

LaserCutZ just finished limited edition of skate board decks for Coach.  Those skates are laser cut to required shape by our CO2 lasers, then edges are routed to make then rounded and surface is treated to be absolutely perfect and smooth. Prepared laser cut wood blanks are printed with Disney artwork. Board names reassemble characters names from Snow-white. Each names is finished with shiny glitters. Finally boards are clear coated to add production and shine to them.   Some board had gold and silver edges.  More details on production of those custom skate boards for Coach and Disney will be posted later on separate page.

LaserCutZ has capability to both do laser leather engraving and print full color directly to leather.  In this project we used CO2 laser to burn artwork on cow skin.  Crest that we laser marked is a logo of a retail brand in Miami. This engraved crest will be stretched over custom made table front. Such engraved decorations add unique and upscale look to the venue. As always LaserCutZ do all jobs in house at our studio in NYC as result next to immediate turnaround is possible.

Metal Stamps are more durable stamp that you can get.  On this picture you see aluminum soap stamp what was cut with our fiber laser. Black plate and artwork is absolutely perfect, no matter how hard the usage will be stamp will stay like that forever.

This stone was laser engraved with customer message. We are not sure what stone tile this is but as it black engraving turns to white which makes it very nicely readable. Job done at our studio in NYC
