Aluminum profiles are best material for quick modular architectural structures build outs. In most cases there are two popular surface coating for aluminum metal. One is anodization and other is powder coating.  Both fabrication methods can be laser engraved. Sample parts produced for a NY window company. Part is metal cylinder and it got serial number text engraved along the circumference. Laser marking on cylinders, tubes, pipes rings etc needs to be done with rotary too. With rotary part is being spinned by a stepper motor when laser works and in this way printed text or artwork covers whole face of the cylinder wall.  LaserCutZ laser engraving machine can do automatic serial numbers or date time stamp for each part we engrave. You always want to make your product look impressive and their packaging and branding help doing so. LaserCutZ fabricated this highly reflective mirror finish metal sign for Manhattan based audio manufacturer. Sign was used at CES 2018 as a product sell “sheet”. It was first laser cut from stainless steel then we polished the plate to perfection and then user deep black laser engraving method with our fiber laser.  Sign came out extremely nice and looks very upscale.

LaserCutZ can fabricate and laser cut metal parts for retail displays including on of a kind marketing concepts. Project shown below has #8 mirror finish stainless steel laser cut to shape with a window inside and then fiber laser engraved with greyish engraving tone. Once face plate is fabricated it will cover brass insert in between to add impressive yellow contrast to reflective metal surface.

This is deep embossing stamp module straight form laser machine, this particular stamp will be cleaned and mounted with wood backer so it can be used for melt and pure hot process soap making.
