This sample was done for LV to show case possibilities of enhanced decoration of glass cabinets. Idea was to use dithering dots similar to what seen in cars close to edge. those dots used to hide mechanical parts and glue behind glass. LaserCutZ got request to produce mil speck metal id tag that can have photo laser etched to it. Goal of the project to make photo engraving that will not get scratched off, burn or gets washed away by chemicals. As need on sample our state of the art laser machine was able to engrave photo at 300dpi which is same as it would be printed on paper but this one is etched into black aluminum. Sample was requested by aerospace contractor so we guess it would be for pilots or astronauts. Metal business cards always look nice and memorable, those 2 cards are done as a gift and more like a name plate rattehr then a business card, they fiber laser cut form thick #4 brushed stainless steel, then manually polished edges for extra safety to make sure there are no sharp corners and finally MOPA laser engraved with holographic effect, when you move card around text shines and changes colors.

Stainless Steel is one of the toughest material, it contains nickel and as results its durable and corrosion restrictive. Meta stamps engraved from 416L stainless steel will serve forever, they can handle high pressure for pressing leather or they can be heated up and burn into material and of course simple things like stamping soaps or cookies is easy job for metal stamps.

Extra large military grade durable Yeti plastic cooler laser engraving done with client logo. This case is extra large, to engrave logo on we had to modify machine to even fit case in and then fine tube laser frequencies to react to PE plastic case. Results came out pretty good!
