Acrylic and Mylar sheet was laser cut to make a stencil for hatchet range in Brooklyn. This is fairly large semi redgit stencil almost 48x48" in size designed for spray painting.

LaserCutZ made metal free standing sign for Morocco Kingdom of Taste exhibition in NYC. Sign fabrication included cutting and painting acrylic map which is attached to custom laser cut metal fixture that allows sign to free stand as sculpture. Client in Bumbo, Brooklyn had laser head collision causing head mount to bend a bit which lead to improper cuts. Unfortunately that laser machine was made by Bodor and company likes to make all parts custom instead of using industry standard components. LaserCutZ got request to produce mil speck metal id tag that can have photo laser etched to it. Goal of the project to make photo engraving that will not get scratched off, burn or gets washed away by chemicals. As need on sample our state of the art laser machine was able to engrave photo at 300dpi which is same as it would be printed on paper but this one is etched into black aluminum. Sample was requested by aerospace contractor so we guess it would be for pilots or astronauts. We got parts modified and ready to install at architectural company in Dumbo, Brooklyn. Laser heads are modified to supply additional airline to the top of the lens.
